How do I book you for my date?
We reserve your date, once we receive your acknowledgement and 50% deposit to secure your date.
How to make payment for you?
We take 50% of the agreed package as advance. Balance once the shoot is completed.
If the event is cancelled, will we receive the deposit back?
Unfortunately No. Because once we reserve the date for you we do not accept new clients on that date.
What rights do I have over the digital images?
You have the right to reprint them whenever you want. But you can not sell the images for profit.
Do you backup your images how can we be sure that our images will not be lost?
We have never lost an image from a photoshoot. Thanks to our backup workflow. We always do the photoshoot on two cards, this creates one primary and one backup of every image instantly. Post the session we backup all the images to our two local and one cloud storage. Simply put, there are 1 Primary and 4 Backups files until we deliver the images to you. You can happily relax on that part.

Does your studio provide video service?
Yes, you will come to know in our first meet.
Do you provide the RAW files?
Each of our services comes with high resolution processed images. However, we do not provide RAW or unprocessed images, because we believe in the finished product. In fact, we make photos keeping the finished product in mind.
What type of equipment do you use?
I am a Canon shooter, use best in class equipment to capture your special day.
Camera Body: Canon R6, 5D Mark IV L Series Lens: 17-40mm, 24-70mm 2.8, 85mm 1.2, 70-200mm 2.8. Lights: Godox lighting system.
How many photos will i receive?
We do Engagement, Wedding, Pre and Post Wedding, Portraits, Family Portraits, New Born and Baby portraits, Corporate portraits, Product Advertisement and Product Catalog. So, it depends on the service you choose. Typically for one complete wedding shoot, you will receive around 400 to 800 processed high-resolution images. Please note that these numbers may vary depending upon the flow of the day and number of events needed to be captured.
When will we receive the final photos?
It’s purely based on the number of photos taken on your special day. Typically for weddings, the processed high-resolution digital images will be shared within 3 weeks. Album designing and printing will take 2 weeks, which will be done after you give your selection.
